Tea 101: The Basics of Tea
For the tea-lover who is ready to begin their exploration into the legacy of tea, this class is a basic introduction to the history, culture, and enjoyment of tea. There will be some lecturing as well as a hands-on opportunity to assess what makes good tea and how to brew one of our house blends, a caffeinated black tea called Lumiere. Come sip, talk, and learn about the wide world of tea! Instructor, Kate Strong
